Payment Options

Your monthly water and garbage bill may be paid by One of the Five Options below:

Bank Draft - Set up FREE Automatic payments with the City for Bank Drafting. Complete the Bank Auto Draft Form and submit to City Hall by dropping the application off at City Hall, mailing it to City Hall Attn: Billing or email to billing@graniteshoals.org (NO Fees Apply)
In Person - Drop off your payment inside City Hall from 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday excluding holidays or there is a drive by drop box. Please DO NOT leave cash in the lock box.

By Mail - Mail your check or money order to the Attn: Billing Office at the above address.
Telephone - Call 830-598-2424 between 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. (a $5.00 convenience charge applies)
Internet - You may make a one-time payment or set up monthly auto drafts. (Fees do apply) You do need to register. Click on the following link below to pay by credit card - Online Payment Link Online Payment Information below for additional details.

If you have not paid online before you will need to create an account. To do so you will need:

Your account number (ex. 01-xxxx-00) which can be found on the bottom left corner of your bill.
The amount of your last "payment." This is the amount you paid, not necessarily the amount of the bill.

To have your water reconnected, please submit payment before 4:00pm. For payments made after 4:00pm, water service restoration will be performed the next business day. See the "Penalties & Disconnects" page for additional information.

Voluntary Donations

The Three Dollar voluntary contribution to fire ($1), police ($1), and EMS ($1) support these organizations. The three-dollar donation shows on the monthly bill you receive but if you wish to include with your online payment, please increase the amount by $3.00.

If you wish to make your contributions separately, you may do so by sending a check to the city, made out to Granite Shoals Public Works for any amount. Please note on the check that the payment is for the voluntary fire, police, and EMS funds.
