Notices, exclusions and explanation below and on the following pages should be read carefully before proceeding. Payments are allowed by Debit or Credit Card only and fees apply.

This service can be used to pay for fines on traffic and city ordinance violations.

Your appearance in court on the date shown on your ticket will be waived if you choose to pay the fines and court costs prior to that date in Full.

You CAN use the online payment option to pay most capias warrants and standard warrants.

If you seek to have any violations dismissed you SHOULD NOT use the online payment option, and should contact the Court at (830) 598-2424, ext. 705.

You CAN use this service to pay for any alternative sentencing option that the court has ordered in your case such as a driving safety course or deferred disposition. If you are 24 or younger at the time of your citation, you will need to take a driving safety course as a requirement of your deferred disposition.

You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine for any ticket issued to a juvenile. (A "ticket issued to a juvenile" is defined as one that was issued when the defendant was younger than seventeen years of age.) Parents or guardians of juveniles should contact the Court at (830) 598-2424, ext. 705.

You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine for a person in jail.

You CANNOT use this service to pay a cash bond.

Your use of this service to pay a fine, in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), constitutes a finding of guilty in open court as though a plea of nolo contendere (no contest) had been entered by the defendant and constitutes a waiver of a jury trial in writing.

Your use of this service to pay a fine may result in a conviction being reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The City of Granite Shoals and the Granite Shoals Municipal Court of Record make no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding the accuracy of information provided in this site.
