Monthly Utility Bill Payments are due by 5 pm on the 10th of the month or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.  (See the online billing page on this web site for payment options.)
  • Monthly Utility Bills not paid by the 10th or applicable day will be assessed a $20 late fee.
  • Monthly Utility Bills not paid by the 20th or applicable day will be assessed an additional $40 delinquent fee and subject to the water being turned off and trash cans removed.  
    • The city will attempt to provide notice of water being turned off by hanging a door tag on resident's homes prior to turning off the water.

If your water has been turned off or trash cans removed, please call the City Hall Billing Department at 830-598-2424.  If payment is made in full INCLUDING late and delinquent fees by 4 pm on a day City Hall is open, the City will try to have the water turned back on by 5pm the same day.  If not, the water will be turned on the next business day during normal hours.  The return of trash cans may take a few days as it has to be coordinated with Waste Management.
