Re-Plats

If you would like to re-plat lots in Granite Shoals, please complete the Re-Plat Application. Minor re-plats (four or fewer lots involved) are classified as a Minor Replat and can be processed through the office of the City Manager.  When five or more lots are involved, this is classified as a Standard Replat.  These requests are submitted to the City, sent to utilities to check for utility availability, and then the replat request is considered by both the City's Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.  Please call City Hall to discuss Re-Plat applications.  830-598-2424
